His experience spans VFX production management, studio operations, business development, strategic planning, and team leadership. As a visionary leader, Aditya is passionate about building talented teams, fostering innovation, and creating efficient production pipelines that meet global quality standards. He actively collaborates with clients, vendors, and creative professionals to drive successful project outcomes and long-term partnerships. Ashraf Karim is a VFX professional from Arwal, Bihar, whose journey from a small district to the global visual effects industry reflects dedication, perseverance, and continuous learning. Starting his career in 2010 as a 3D Masking Artist in Patna, he steadily advanced through the industry, working with leading studios including DNEG, Framestore (via Anibrain), Netflix projects, Trace VFX, and Anibrain. Today, he serves as a Senior Compositor at DNEG India, contributing to internationally acclaimed films and television productions. With over 15 years of experience and involvement in more than 150 projects, Ashraf has built a reputation for technical excellence, leadership, and mentorship. As a Core Member of ACTA Bihar, he is committed to developing Bihar's Animation, VFX, Gaming, AI, and Creative Technology ecosystem. Asif Khan is a Senior VFX Compositor based in Oslo, Norway, with over 12 years of experience in the global visual effects industry. Originally from a small village in India, Asif's journey from humble beginnings to international productions reflects his belief in perseverance, continuous learning, and dreaming big. After earning a B.Sc. in Animation from Graphic Era University in 2012, he began his career in Mumbai as a Junior 2D Roto Artist and steadily progressed through some of the world's leading VFX studios, including MPC Technicolor, DNEG, Anibrain, Framestore, and Storyline Studios. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous international feature films and television productions, including a Norwegian film that became Norway's first Academy Award-winning production. Now residing in Oslo with his family, Asif combines technical excellence with a passion for mentorship. Through seminars, workshops, and industry guidance sessions, he actively supports aspiring artists and students, encouraging them to pursue careers in VFX and creative technology.
